Canons Wharf, originally built in the 1980s, is being redeveloped to open in 2027 as a destination workplace for pioneering businesses looking to redefine how their teams’ work. For the redevelopment of Canons Wharf, we were commissioned to produce a suite of high-end architectural marketing visuals to support design development, future tenant engagement, and wider project communication. Working closely with Kinrise and Buckley Gray Yeoman, our role was to bring the proposals to life through a combination of still CGI’s, animation, and an immersive web based interactive platform. We built a fully detailed digital model, developed accurate material specifications, and crafted lighting setups that captured the shifting identity of the scheme throughout the day. Alongside this, we created a lightweight model to run on the website which allows visitors to explore the site and surroundings through the use of hotspots and information points.
