The sun returns after the rain

Dappled sunlight, autumnal leaves and heavy clouds making way for sunshine set the scene at this mixed use development. This series was produced for a successful planning application for a major regeneration in Worthing. A soft and painterly palette was used to capture the tactile materials and sympathetic design.
